I would like to buy a 4plex First time buyer?

I am interested in buying a multifamily home. This would be my first real estate purchase. I would like to buy in GA. I will have a at least 15,000 for a down payment. Should I go for it, or would that be too much for a first time buyer? (Fico 630)

Food Poisoning?

Is this dangerous to our health?

My boyfrined has some reptiles, and since some were not eatting at the moment he decided to keep the food which are medium sized Mice in tanks. They have been there for about 3 days now- can Humans condradict a virus or disease just from being in the presence of them? Im pretty paranoid even though they havent been too bad.
