I think the movie was made by Jim Henson (you know the guy that created the Muppets, Sesame Street, and Fraggle Rock) but I'm not sure if it was made by him or not. I remember it was about some girl who got lost in a maze and made friends with puppets, and Billy Idol was also in it playing this weird sorceror guy. The movie was a total trip.

for about 2 weeks now, my son absolutely screams and throws a fit if i take his shoe's or clothes off. He'll carry his shoe's over to me and cry for at least 20 minutes until ill put them back on him. He even has me put them on over his pajamas. At first I thought it was funny, now I'm wondering how long this is going to last. Anyone else every expierence a problem like this?

Am I the only one seeing this? Where is the lady who is confident and optimistic and could be comfortable at a formal Embassy function or military ball? A lady who has the engaging mind of a writer, a love of romance and a passion for GOOD music and the arts and the sea- and does not judge others by their race, religion, age, politics, location or education but instead looks within? A lady who knows the intrinsic value of laughter and thinks that fitness is something that like friendship requires real attention and so they do not smoke, drink, take drugs or bar hop. There must be one lady like this in the world...or am I just dreaming?

Ok i am new at this job not even 90 days yet. One person on my team left and she sat by the window. I asked for it and my boss said as long as no one with more senoirty ask you can have it The window seat is only for our team and no one wanted it because they would have to change extensions and it would cause problems with clients. Well i got it. Now a few people on my team are acting jelous but they did not ask for it and they have all been there years and knew they could. Also people on other teams are acting funny. Aparently it takes along time to get a window sometimes and i got one in less than 90 days. Will this just pass?

If you saw one, would you tell anyone? No, because it would eat you first. Maybe they are on some island in the ocean. How do you know they don't, if you have not been to that island, and how do you know what island they may or may not be on. Maybe they live in caves underground. I do not think they are all gone. One dinosaur I am positive is alive is called nessie, or the lock ness monster.

I think that it's their teeth:

If their teeth are all white and straight, you can tell that this person cares for how they look, and they can handle a responsability (which is to take care of their teeth!)

If their teeth are yellow and ooglay, it tells me that they don't care about themselves, and it tells me that they are careless and too lazy to brush their teeth, so they can't be trusted.

(Of course, I have been wrong, so I'm not saying that everyone is like that!!. Sometimes people with bad teeth are the coolest and most responsible, and people with nice teeth are very rude and irresponsable)

But, anysay, what do you think that tells u the most about a person??

Why is it that when an unintelligent, insulting, or ignorant remark is made, the blame usually falls on the adolescent community? Just because we aren't legal adults, teenagers are not imbeciles. Although I can understand this preconceived notion, I would appreciate it if someone could explain why it is that when they see the term "teenager" they automatically think "hoodlum." I almost got scammed twice. the first time the scammer got my phone number and called me. they said i won a free vacation. They even went as far as telling my routing number for my checking account. how did they get that. so the next morning i went to close that account. they called themselves travel agents direct. I done my research on these guys. they are the same as suntasia marketing. after i closed my account i got my bank statement and this company billed my account for 25.00. it said time magizine on my statement but when i called them they called themselves gift program assistance.phone #877-650-0828. All i got was a recording. I guess its money lost and a lesson learned. The only companys i ordered anything off of was overstock.com, amazon.com, and anytime costumes and gamestop.com. could any of these have sold my info to these scam artist. also what could i do to report these people who took money out of my account without me knowing it. and get this out to the public.

I am 25 years old and have been single my whole life. Guys are never interested in me other than as friends. I don't mean to sound egotistical, but I really don't get why SOMEone wouldn't be interested. People always tell me I look like Angelina Jolie. I'm fit, I'm intelligent, I'm wordly, I'm opinionated. I study esoterica. I play in a rock band. I have a job.

I have tried asking friends to set me up - this has NEVER worked. I've never found ANYone compatible via online dating systems. (One actually told me based on my preferences, it had no matches. I actually got a refund.) I tried Craigslist and that was a dead end as well. Whenever I am with a new group of friends who are single, I am always the one who ends up still single in a few months. I get along with people very easily and no one seems to understand how it's possible that I'm single, let alone never had a boyfriend. Every time I ask a guy out/make any move, I get turned down flat. What should I do?
