No one has come up with positive evidence, Nessie included.
However, there are still some unexplored areas, so it might still be possible. After all, the coelacanth was supposedly extinct for about 150 million years, but was found to be living as recently as 2002:

is their any difinitive proof that they are alive? No dinosaur has been found alive in recorded history. If their is a live dinosaur, I believe that someone in the last 1,000 years would have found it and let it be known. Nessy has been proven time and again to be a fabricated hoax. How many Nessy pictures have been disproven? If Nessy is not a hoax, then I challenge anyone to prove that she exists. By proof, I mean a carcass or a live animal. Some of the best scientists of modern times have tried and failed. Good luck in your hunt.

We do not know, because maybe they evolved. There is a theory that "big" dinosaurs are indeed gone. This idea says that reptiles of the dinosaur age evolved into birds. In recent films about Triassic Whatsit, dinosaurs move with such agility because they are bird-like. When I was a child, films with dinosaurs had lumbering tyrranosaurs so slow that one could make a reservation, wait at the airport, and catch a plane out before it got to you.
But if it interests you, read the books of Edgar Rice Burroughs: "The Land that Time Forgot," and all of his.

There is virtually no area of the world that has not been visited by man at least once, either in person or via satellite photography, so the chances of such large animals still roaming around somewhere unseen are quite low. However, since it is impossible to prove a negative (no dinosaurs exist) we cannot ever truly know whether the statement is true or not.

They aren't gone....
Modern forms of dinosaurs are birds and reptiles.
Most of the larger species of dinosaurs were killed off at the end of their era, but a few of the smaller ones were already growing feathers. Some of the later dinosaur fossils show traces of feathers.
Dinosaurs are usually thought to be large coldblooded reptiles, but there are some problems with this idea. Some fossil evidence suggests that some dinosaurs may have been warm blooded, as are birds.

Alligators and crocodiles are descendants of the dinosaurs... technically they are the direct link to the ancient creatures. So, no, the dinosaurs aren't really all gone.

Humans have been everywhere. Any dinosaur living in a cave would be so inbred it could not survive.
