I think that it's their teeth:
If their teeth are all white and straight, you can tell that this person cares for how they look, and they can handle a responsability (which is to take care of their teeth!)
If their teeth are yellow and ooglay, it tells me that they don't care about themselves, and it tells me that they are careless and too lazy to brush their teeth, so they can't be trusted.
(Of course, I have been wrong, so I'm not saying that everyone is like that!!. Sometimes people with bad teeth are the coolest and most responsible, and people with nice teeth are very rude and irresponsable)
But, anysay, what do you think that tells u the most about a person??

Their handshake and if they make eye contact, a firm handshake just speaks of confidence and being able to look someone in the eye when speaking to them says "I'm not intimidated by you".

How they treat others.
And teeth are not an accurate guage at judging a person. What about the people who's parents couldn't afford dental care for them? Or the people such as myself blessed with great genes that have never had a cavity in their life, just because they're lucky? Or the ones who's parents were neglectful of them as children and they already suffered problems with their teeth before growing up??
I have great teeth thanks to my parents. They prided themselves on their kids' teeth- don't ask me why that was such a huge deal to them. Other kids aren't as lucky, though.

You are wrong about some people ! I Absolutely hate going to the dentist and as a result my teeth are in rough shape .I am afraid of the dentist so I refuse to go !

oh yes I do know someone like that.. bad teeth ..good person though and that is an outer shell you cant base everything on the teeth when you dont know someones past

The way they talk, because it can tell me a lot about what kind of person this is. And clothes too, because if it is clean and neat then the person is someone as you said cares.

Eyes are the true window to the soul. You can tell alot by the way someone looks at you when you first meet them. You can tell if they're shy, confidant, happy, angry, flirty or creepy.
If I met someone who stared at my teeth, rather than look me in the eye, I would be able to tell that they were creepy.
Besides eyes are alot nicer to look at than teeth.

HAIR
if they have a fauxhawk it tells me they're a lamea.s$ same goes for scene hair.
if they have weird hair, i know they don't care about fitting into societal norms and respect them for not fitting in just to get a "good" job.
if they have boring preppy hair, i assume they're a boring prep... though sometimes looks can be decieving.

The way a person talks to me tell me alot about them because in one coversation you can learn alot about someone.
