I'm normally pretty calm around the day but when I get frustrated with something I can't do I explode. I get very immature and hit things and the like.

Are there any useful techniques that you know of that can help me control it when I feel it boiling in me. I don't want to stop working at something that's difficult because that would be counter-productive. I want to be able to work at something until I either come to the conclusion I can't do it or get good enough to accomplish it.

So I don't need to know how to stop anger from beginning, but once it's right there in my throat, instead.

First off, a little information about me to hopefully help you help me. :-)

I'm a male, so no makeup to cover them up. I get over 9 hours of sleep a night. I work out 7 days a week and eat well. My stress level is moderate. I really don't have allergies either. I also don't drink or use any type of drugs.

Anyway, I have had dark circles under my eyes for a very long time now. I am very self conscious about them. People are all the time asking me if I'm tired and or worse yet, am I on drugs. I have tried all sorts of creams (expensive, cheap, and in between), but none have worked. Is there anything else I can do besides using cucumber slices and/or Prep. H cream around my eyes? Thank you for your help!

Or begin my career as the next “Girls Gone Wild” supermodel? With my luck that would probably out just like and episode of “Reno 911”

Or, should I just tuck my son in, give him a big kiss and then go to bed, without the friend with benefits (as if I could have actually one) and dream about how much better life is going to be from now on?

My fiance was checked for a mass on his testicle. He sometimes complains it hurts and the doctor hasn't given him any answer(it's been since last year) I know that this isn't a doctors page but it concerns me for his health he SHOULD get it re-checked?

As a little test, I asked "How do I tell my atheist parents that I'm straight?". I received a number of answers that were offended by the implication that all atheists are gay. Of course I didn't mean that, but whatever.

Another question I saw on this forum was "How do I tell my Christian parents that I'm gay?" ... Nobody gets offended by the implication that all Christians are straight.

I am a straight atheist. I've never been offended if anybody assumes I'm gay. But I was literally shocked to see how many so called open-minded people can be offended by being assumed to have a sexual preference.

Of course, my question was a lame attempt of answering to the silliness on this planet that gay people still have to deal with in telling their Christian parents that they are in fact gay.

But my question is: If somebody assumes you are gay, and it offends you, are you really open-minded towards homosexuals?

i had the fishes in the tank for about 2-3 weeks is it safe to add gravel? right now the tank is empty no plants or gravel i just want to know if i should add gravel would it kill the fishes? i have a 20-30 gallon tank with 14 goldfishes 3 big ones 11 small ones
