Yes and it is alright. Many ladies in my area are from Europe. And if the do nothing about it they have more hair on their chest/nipple then I. I'll be 32 at the end of this month.

Its very common. Some pluck. Some just let it be. Theres the laser treatments others do for the hair removal. Its up to you and how much it really bothers you.

Yes and I will tell you what happened to me.I had a lump taken out of one of my breast,and where they shaved me, came LONG hairs. God Bless

Yes, that is normal and as you get older they will disappear.
Don't pluck them, they can cause an infection. You can snip them off if they bother you.
