Yes and it is alright. Many ladies in my area are from Europe. And if the do nothing about it they have more hair on their chest/nipple then I. I'll be 32 at the end of this month.

Its very common. Some pluck. Some just let it be. Theres the laser treatments others do for the hair removal. Its up to you and how much it really bothers you.

Yes, that is normal and as you get older they will disappear.
Don't pluck them, they can cause an infection. You can snip them off if they bother you.
