I think you should get a second opinion, and the doctor should be doing his or her job and telling your fiance what the problem may be. It's his body and he has a right to know what it is, so I would go somewhere else and get it checked out again.
Also, if it is something that could be dangerous to his health, you want to get it seen to as fast as you can so whatever it may be, it won't get worst. If he never gets it checked out or never finds out what it is, it may end up being too late when he actually does find out what it could be.

Yes definitely. The doctor should be able to tell by examining it whether it's something that needs further investigation.
Lumps in testicles are not always malignant e.g. cyst but if it is, it is still a highly treatable condition.
Get him to see the doctor again and ask specifically what it is - and ask whether he should have an ultrasound (this simple test can easily exclude any malignant cause of testicular lump).

Oh my gosh it's been a year? That is totally unacceptable. If it's found to be cancer you should sue him.
It could very well be. The sooner it's diagnosed if it is the better his chances of recovery. I hope it's not cancer because one year is much too long and it could have spread.
Find another doctor and have it biopsied. There is a lot they can do to determine what the mass is. MRI, CT scan, gallium scan and biopsy is the best and most certain.
Yes get it rechecked and immediately. If it's not, great and that's what I hope for you both.

My son had a small size lump in his testicle for a couple of years, he has just seen a doctor, within 4 days of having the ultra sound scan results he was in hospital having his testicle removed. It was confimed as cancer. He now is on the road to recovery after having one high dose of chemo.

If your Doctor did not pay much attention to it, it is most unlikely that it is one of the sinister ones.
There are ,indeed , many innocent testicular lumps or mass ehg.small hydrocele, small spermatocele etc etc.
As long as these innocent lumps are small there is no need to do anything except to follow up medically.
Hope this answers your question.

Yeah, you should actual get this regarded at. It does sound like testicular tumor it truly is transforming into so it could be cancerous, yet you want to flow to a health practitioner to be confident. it will be awkward to inform your moms and dads and to flow for the examine up, yet you easily want to. in simple terms factor out on your moms and dads that you imagine you want to flow to the health practitioner because you are able to experience a lump. desire this facilitates and good success!

Is there a preist at an altar, saying prayers, on your boyfriends testicle? If not then you have nothing to worry about . There is no mass there.
