Well my 3 year old son, can sometimes be very noisy it's like if he likes to wake him up. And my 4 month baby, can sometimes get alittle cranky but his a sweet baby he always wakes up smiling.. But if he is alone in the room my son will go to the baby's crib and turn on his toy, scream at him, or he would come to the room slaming the door, he can sometimes get out of control.. and i don't know what to do so he can stay still.. Because he as alot of toy, a big backyard, he can sometimes be still but is like if his favorite game is "waking the baby"..

I own a Ipod mini its a 4GB and I recently tried putting more songs into it but it wouldn't let me because it said that the memory was full But how is that possible if i only have 148 songs on it, when a 4GB mini ipod holds 1000 songs? Could someone please help me??

ive been soul searching for a few years now and have come upon an interesting question. why do alot of humans feel the need to live on after death? it seems to me like it might be instinctual, or even cultural. however i am not closed off to the idea of it. what do you think?

When the lights are off and i press the brake pedal, the instrument panel says a bulb is out and only the third brake light and the left one go on. But when the lights are on all is well except only the third light lights up.

I haven't fully committed to the idea yet, but I'm considering a move to California and San Francisco looks appealing. I'm from a smallish town in Ohio and I'm not quite sure I'm ready to move right into the city. I need some suggestions of some nice, smaller towns near San Francisco that are close enough that I could still come into the city and explore a little. Their are some guys in my neiborhood that i play football with that won't leave my friends and family alone. They make wise cracks and a couple of them when their on offence will try and throw them to the ground. I don't want to give up football but i despise these people. Their officials say that this translation is justified because in the original Greek the word "God" is without the article. It is without the article, but it is clear that this is not their real reason, because verses 6, 12, and 13, of the same first chapter of John contain similar usages of the word "God," all without the article. The Witnesses have translated all of these correctly with a capital "G" and without inserting "a". The only instances I have found in which they translate "God" with a small "g" are when "God" refers to Christ. It is certainly not done consistently whenever the Greek word "God" lacks the article. I'm not sure if I've got a glitch, or if I've been hit with some spyware or minor virus. For some bizarre reason I no longer can change the image on my desktop.

If I right click, choose properties, and choose the desktop tab, all the background options have become inactive.

Has anyone come across this sort of problem, and know how to resolve it?

I've run adaware and nothing worked.

Here is the set up. I have a 5 year old daughter and I have claimed her on my taxes EVERY year. I am in Nevada and her father is in Ohio. The Ohio court FINALLY awarded Child Support last year but ruled we will alternate who claims her on their taxes and this is the first year for him. The sucky part is he hasn't had a job since October 2005 and I make $30k+ a year. She hasn't seen him in years so he has had her 0 months of the year. I sent him the form 8332 so he can claim her exemption.....

It is my understanding that he can claim her exemption as a dependant and use her for Child Tax Credit purposes.

It is my understanding that I can still use her as a "qualifying child" for Head of Household, the EITC, and for Dependant Care Expenses.

Did I understand the IRS rules correctly? I know it says over and over that these can't be split but I think there is an exception for the "Divorced/Seperated Parents" Does me signing form 8332 mean I give up ALL my claiming rights?
