In order to become a Commissioned Officer in any of the Service Branches you must have a bachelors degree or higher.

At some times the military will promote Non-Commissioned Officers (i.e. Sergeants) without a degree to an officer position. These people were known as mustangs or battlefield commissions. However, the US military hasn't had a battlefield commission since the Vietnam War.

SHORT ANSWER: You need a bachelors degree.
