I'm not sure if I've got a glitch, or if I've been hit with some spyware or minor virus. For some bizarre reason I no longer can change the image on my desktop.

If I right click, choose properties, and choose the desktop tab, all the background options have become inactive.

Has anyone come across this sort of problem, and know how to resolve it?

I've run adaware and nothing worked.

I have a friend that had this problem as well. I don't know what the cause was, but someone knew of a solution and it worked for her. Go down this page to the sixth post.
