I have started wearing these shoes to work and out of no were a corn has developed on my second toe. Is there anything i can do or even try to eradicate this problem. Or once you have developed a corn It is impossible to remove.

you get a basic salary and have a monthly target.

you're promised commission of 5% on billings. And if u hit target 3 months in a row, u get an extra 2.5%

Say for example you only bill half your monthly target. Shouldn't they still pay you 5% on what you bill?????

I think its unfair to not pay agreed commision even if u dont hit target?

Can anyone tell me if thats normal or not?

Is it true that when a guy befriends a girl, it means that he's also attracted to her? Even if nothing happens between them? Sometimes I wonder if girls and guys can JUST be friends without one or both feeling attracted to the other. Most of the guys I've been friends with I've felt attracted to, though knowing that I wouldn't want to pursue a relationship, even if I had the opportunity to.

So, what do you all think about this? Can they or can't they?
