You can't through Lebanon, you should go to Jordan first and apply for a visa.

You may contact the Palestanian Embassy in Amman-Jordan/the visa section before you leave Lebanon and know from them what is your chances as a Lebanese to travel to the West Bank through the bridge on the western Jordanian borders.

Do you people in Lebanon know what's happening in palestine?Isn't there enough trouble and excitment in lebanon? you want a civil war as well?
Maybe if you went to Jordan, but definitely not from Lebanon.
