Does anyone else get woken up violently with a calf spasm ( they hurt soo bad). I have been told to lift my leg up in the air and that seems to help a little, but does anyone have any other suggestions? maybe why do i suffer these... all i know is they hurt and all day after my leg is tense and stiff.

I purchased a third beautiful little kitten on the weekend. One of my cats gets along with the new kitten but my other one snarls and runs away when she see's the kitten. I fear she could attack it should i force the 2 to get to know each other. Is there an easy way to get my older cat to become friendlier to the new addition. Food and toys wont work.

I was rear-ended at a stop light. The 19 year old grazed my rear left bumper with her right front bumper. She tried to hit and run but the light was red up ahead. I got out the car and wrote down her plate number and knock on her window to inform her. We exchanged information. I filed a claim on the same evening against her dads insurance company and gave my statement.
16 days later, she decided to give her statement and my claim was denied. According to her insurer, I backed into her??? STRANGE. My deductible is $1000 and the damage is $800.
I am screwed on both end. My insurance could not help because of my deductible and the other denied my claim due to her dishonesty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...to win in a small claims court. "No witnesses since she tried to hit and run and she failed to stop at the scene"

I have schizoid personality disorder and dysthymia in addition to a brain which never quits thinking. I feel no pleasure; I comprehend the reaction and recognition but feel nothing. I am a misanthropic loner; a hater of people and avoider of social situations. I have no desire for human relationships. I have a few friends that I live with, but if I lived on my alone, I would never invite them over. Little interest in sex.

I've often wondered what the point of existence is and for most people, it's a combination of love, self confidence, and purpose. For me, love does not apply and seeing as how I feel no pleasure, it is quite difficult for me to pursue dreams that I'm not overly passionate about.

Where do I find my happiness? Is it a possibility to do things that would be very hurtful and anti-social in nature(severing ties with parents and society in general, even people that care about me) in order to be happy? What do you do when you're not the example written about?

I have recently looked up all the fancy nutrition facts on the back of energy drink bottles and found some shocking evidence. People say eating too many BIg Macs can kill you, but you might as well drink an energy drink. McDonalds fries are really salty but the amount of salt in an energy drink is equal to about 5 large packages of fries from McD's!!!!! That is disgusting and I will never drink one again!!! And there is bull urine in energy drinks , taurine (www.reference.com) That is no myth it is a fact and I have looked it up!!!!!! So will you still drink them?

This is a very famous cake which is made for Christmas but also is used as teacake or with wine for occasions.
I heard they use caramel or mollases for the rich colour and flavor, but i dont think thats it
Also please tell me what is the secret of the Rich dark brown colour.
