My daughter's birth "dad" hasn't seen her in over 3 years. He hasn't tried to seek any custody but I am afraid some day he might. He hasn't paid child support in 4 years. He has 2 DUI's, has been arrested for domestic abuse, and has been in and out of rehab for alcoholism (and yet he still drinks). He has no job, no car or licsence, no home (he bounces from friend to friend). It embarasses me to say I had a breif relationship with this loser, but it is something that I have to live with every day. I love my 9 year-old and my husband is in the process of adopting her. I am worried about the other person trying to screw with my family and I want to know if a judge would take his lifestyle into consideration. He has 3 other kids from 2 other women, and evades child-support from them as well.

Doesn't really make sense to me why people regard it with so much enthusiasm, but then again, most of folk superstition doesn't really make much sense to me except that which was obviously implanted via commercialism.

So, what's the big deal? It's just another day, that won't happen again just like any other day, the calendar is a largely arbitrary system (We could have the new year at any day of the year and it'd be just as valid). No one celebrates the end/beginning of every month that I know of, so calendar changes aren't a big deal to most... While I'm all for celebrating change, that happens every day, and there's nothing particularly special about the new year. Is it just an excuse to get drunk and make out at a particular time, or what?...

I'm learning Calculus and i ran into a problem i don't get. okay here it goes. A control gate in the form of a parabolic segment of base 12 and height 4 is submerged in water so that its base is 2 units below the surface of the water. Find the horizontal force on the gate if the density of the water is w. in the picture the equation of the parabolic gate is 9y=x^2 I don't know how to find dA, and 9y=x^2 am i supposed to find the sqroot of x or divide by nine? please just help me set up the problem. Thanks

My husband was caught having an affair with a woman in his division. I didn't find out until I moved to Virginia with him. I was 7 months pregnant at the time. He had planned to leave for this woman. But she found out through me that he still had a wife and a baby on the way and quickly ended their plan to be together. I wasn't the one that wanted this divorce. I want to work things out, but he filed for divorce in his home state SD. He said that I drove his girlfriend away because I reported him to his CO.

Ok, im a 16 year old, 220 pound male. When i have an erection + its not very strong. I can get an erection but since its not very strong i feel it wouldnt satisfy. Is this a health related problem?
I can get it harder by pressing along the base but i wouldnt do that during sex. I know this is related to the fatty tissue in the pubic area. Is there an exercise i can to to target the area to get rid of the fat?
