Honey, try this:
(You cannot save split ends without trimming them!) BUT....
you can lessen the severity and buy time!
This does not apply if your last trim was over two months ago (you should get a trim every 4 to 6 weeks).
There are a couple of strategies I use in between trimmings, so, read carefully:
1) apply extra virgin olive oil to affected ends at night, sleep through and wash with MILD shampoo and MOISTURIZING conditioner.
2) apply Cocoa Butter the following night and follow exact instructions listed above.
3) switch off with Mango butter the next night, repeat.
4) switch off with another butter the next night, repeat.
5) if, by this point, the treatments have not lessened the split end severity, honey, go get your hair trimmed.
Like I said, you cannot repair split ends short of getting a trim, but you can BUY TIME!
Good luck and peace!

GEt it trimmed 1/8 of an inch. You should do this every month anyway to avoid splits and keep it neat.

Nope, once the ends split, you can only cut them off.

You can nip off the ends with a sharp scissors. You can get a hair serum to help "seal" the ends but they won't go away.

No, it is dead hair that needs to be trimmed. It will not get any better because it doesn't have nerves. It doesn't have an immune system.

Nope!

Good tips for preveting them:
*Don't straighten/curl hair too often, and if you must, use heat protection spray
*Don't bleach it!
*Don't brush it when it's wet, as that's when it's at it's weakest
