Does someone have this problem or know something that really works because it seems that the medicine is food to grow more stronger.

Yes i have this problem and it just does not go away. I personally don't like to eat yogurt on a regular basis. But this is good to eat for getting rid of yeast. Or you can try taking extra strenght Acidphilus with bio flora. You can get this from any wal-mart or gnc store.

I hope you've been diagnosed by your gynie. If not, go see one. It might not be a yeast infection, might be something else. When you go to the doc (if it isn't an STD) ask about the possibility of a bacterial infection. The symptoms are similar to a yeast, but it is a different beast. Many (manymany) women suffer from them on an ongoing basis.

Best wishes.

I had a yeast infection for over a year. My doctor prescribed 5 diflucan tablets 150 mg each to be taken ever 3rd day until gone. It took care of the infection for me. Also, I am diabetic, and I had to get the blood sugars under control.

I get them every 5-6 weeks, since I started taking Enbrel (which reduces the immune system). I use over the counter Monistat for 3 days. It goes away for a few weeks and comes back. Are you taking any meds regularly that could contribute to the problem?
