If u r using IE7 perform the following steps:
1) Goto "Tools"
2) Select "Delete Browsing History..."
3)Click on the Tab "Delete Cookies"
If u r using Firefox perform the following steps:
1)Press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE.
2)Check the option Cache and press "Clear private Data Now"

Assuming you have internet explorer 7.0....click on tools in the top menu and then choose internet options. On the General tab, click the delete button under the browsing history section.
