Delicious Crab Fondue
White Wine any brand
1lb of Swiss Cheese Shredded
1 package of either fake crab or real blue crab
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 package of cream cheese
(adjust recipe according to amount of guests just double if more than 6 people)
Bring white wine to boil
Drop in cream cheese until melted and creamy
After cream cheese and wine are blended together add the swiss cheese and stir
Stir in crab and garlic and add salt and pepper to taste if you prefer.
You can make this in a regular pot and serve immeadiately with chunks of french bread.

WE usually BBQ ribs and make black eyed peas, white rice, potato salad, and i made a chocolate cake. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU TOO
