ok my friends attitude is prob the biggest problem hes 19 but he can act half that age sometimes, he is impatient sometimes and moans a lot, i know that this change has to come from within him and telling him to change his attitude wont work but is there any advice you can give me, thanks

Both my girlfriend & I have a high sex drive but the problem is that I need "touch" to get horny and she just needs to look at few attractive strangers to get "physically" horny....Shouldn't it be me who gets horny by looking? She claims she can't control it & that's upsetting to me. Afterall women are the ones who dress provocatively!! Most men don't have any sexiness when they're dressed.....I just don't understand her!!

for example:
if the sheet contains: CELLA2= "0/ABC/0/ACT/AID/N/2nd", CELLA3= "0/ZYXLQ/0/NRSG/RN/Tx/1st", etc
i want to 'count' the "/" and return the characters between the 4th and 5th "/"
I have tried to use the LEFT/RIGHT/MID functions but with the variable number of characters before & after the one's i am trying to get it meant manually editing the formulas, which is what i am trying to avoid.
for the example above, i would like to have "AID" in CELLB2 and "RN" in CELLB3, etc
If i have been unclear, please tell me what more information i can provide to clarify the matter. I hope this is possible!
