You may think that's a stupid question, but I'm basically trying to ask if you think some Americans don't understand that America is the one of the most hated countries in the world? For me, getting up at 8AM and going to get my coffee at Starbucks, then onto the interstate in my Ford Focus to drive to my job is just the norm to me. But a person in another country may hate everything about that.

Some people in this country don't know anything about the rest of the world. Some people here seem to think that America is just "the way it is" everywhere else.

England and France have similar populations (probably quite close in the early 19th century too) but France has twice the area. Also, France has a far higher % of her GDP dedicated to agricultural goods. As a result, if you think about it, large markets which draw in people from a huge area (largely devoid of shops) are more likely to be popular in France; and shops which produce tertiary (manufactured) products, and which can depend on their densely-populated surroundings, are more likely to occur in England. Right?

So basically here it is.

My girlfriend has a friend who basically walks all over her. I have noticed this and I no longer talk to her, yet my girlfriend wont realize this, and wont listen to me when I try to make her see it. Just yesterday, her friend broke down crying, she got sent home, she was supposed to go to my girlfriends house today so they could talk, long story short, she broke off the plans, so me and my girlfriend made plans, then her friend wanted to go back to there original plans, and my girlfriend, tho very mad, went with her...

How do I make her see what is going on and how to get her over her friend who is walking all over her when she wont listen to me, and just gets mad at me when I try to talk to her?

This is killing me, and I don't know how much more I can take before I start freaking out on her friend...

My pick is easy, it is Teddy Hart! This guy may very well be the best wrestler in the world (which doesn't surprise me considering he is a member of the Hart family and Bret Hart is his uncle) and would have a chance to prove it to more people if his attitude didn't suck and he didn't get in so many backstage fights (if you don't know, in real life him and CM Punk hate each other). I have never traveled this long with our baby before. We are going out of town for the holidays and will be staying with my husbands family for a week. Any tips on what to pack, how much of it to pack, how to cope during the drive, etc.... I have a bad feeling this trip could really suck if I dont prepare right. What players since 1975 are most like Stan Musial?

1. Hitting: Since 1975, what player or players compare best with Stan Musial?

Don Mattingly, in his prime, was often compared to Musial. George Brett, Garciaparra (prime), and Puckett (best years) might also be similar to Musial. Is this a fair assessement or are there better comparisons?

2: Defense (Outfield): Since '75, who played outfield defense similarly to Musial?

3: Defense (First Base): Who compares favorably with him at first base (since '75)?

My baby does not want to eat food. Any suggestions, or wait it out and eventually she will? Every time she sees the spoon she turns away and tries to slap it out of my hands. She only wants my boobs. I want to breastfeed the first year, but I also think she needs some solids in her diet.
