Call a senior center or convalescent home the day before your party so they can plan for the extra food. They will be very grateful that you thought of them.

If you have a Ronald McDonald House in your area they may take it. We are overrun with food this holiday and had to turn some away today. Try also houses where women go to escape domestic violence. Check with your local hospitals, particularly Children's hospitals to see if they have housing for people who can't afford hotels where they might use the food.

I agree with the women's shelter thing. I used to volunteer at one and it made their day when Subway or KFC or someone would bring in a bunch of food. Same with churches that had just had a buffet and brought their leftovers. They swarmed the stuff.
