I can list a number of claims to fame, but all of them are kind of weak. (I joke that I'm going for quantity, not quality.) How about you?

As I understand faith in a spiritual context, it involves not needing evidence in order to believe something is true, at least not the kind of evidence that can be fully grasped by others or predicted. And in order to have that type of faith, wouldn't you have to embrace you ignorance and think in a way that is, with all due respect, irrational?

My friends and I are in high school and we are planning on making gingerbread houses this weekend. We bought the graham crackers, frosting and some candy (not sure what kind). Any better ideas?

How do we put the houses together?

What candy should we buy?

Anything edible that is more glue like and simple to keep the house sturdy?

Any better ideas for the house part rather then graham crackers, that doesn't involve any cooking or hard work to get?

What should we place the houses on?

On one side it has "Andrea & Colin" and "One Copper Dollar", Los Angeles XXIII Olympics, 1984 is on the other side. This piece is numbered. I can't find anything about this coin and I would like to know.... Keep in mind, I was just a little kid when the Los Angeles Olympics were on back in 1984... I barely remember watching the opening ceremonies... Or wait was it the closing? Anyhow, my question stays the same... What is it and what would be it's worth^

My newborn baby's mouth always signals that he's hungry in a one-hour interval, even though I have spent 2 hours feeding him. He's sucking really loud/hard, so I don't think he's just using my nipples as a pacifier. He cries 15 minuits later if I feed him only for an hour.

I have a test tommorow over energy, work, and power, and was wondering if you could tell me if what have below is correct and maybe give me any more tips or information??

Energy- ability to do work
Work- must make something move to do work
W=Fd
Measured in Joules
Kinectic Energy- energy of motion
KE=.5mv^2
Measured in Joules
Potential Energy- Energy of position
PE=mgh
Measured in Joules
Power- rate at which work is done
P=W/t
measured in watts

Law of conservation of energy- energy can't be created nor destroyed in closed isolated system
Work-energy Theorem- work applied to object will equal change in energy of object (Still a little confused on this)

What happens to energies in closed isolated sstem?

Be able to calculate work done when force applied isn't exactly in direction of motion (Confused)

also is a kilowatt a watt with kilo (as in times by 1000?)

Thanks so Much

In my Windows XP start menu there were a bunch of icons. Now they all look like the generic DOS window icon. What would cause that? How do I fix it? The icons still work, they just look different.

Im a single 25 year old girl, and my friends and I usually go out to bars in Philly on the weekends. We're pretty cute girls and we usually talk to some guys, like anyone would. I generally have no interest in the guys who come talk to me, for some reason or another. Im just not attracted to most of them. My problem is this. When I do see a guy I want to talk to, I get too shy to go talk to him. Im not really a shy person, I just dont have the guts to go up to a random guy and just say hello. So, I need some help. I need something I can say to start a conversation with a guy I want to talk to. If I just went up and said hello, I;d probably have nothing to say after that and it would be weird. So, what could I say to start a conversation with the guys I want to talk to?
