you can't do that if you've got an 939 Athlon 64, unless you set single channel mode, and put the 512MB module into an odd slot.
and you have to use 256 wih 256 to make 512mb.

Yes you can. This would give you a total of 768 megs of RAM.

u can use it but it is recomended that dont use it it can crash ur motherboard working
