I have been under a lot of stress for the past month and half, and it seems like my little finger on my left hand is always numb. You know like how your lip feels after you leave the dentist. At first I thought it was how I was sleep on my arm. But after 2 weeks of it, I didn't think I could be sleeping on it every night. Then I thought about a pinced nerve, but how long does a pinced nerve last? It is really starting to bother me. The reason I think it might be stress, it that, it seems like everytime I get worked up, that is when it is the worst. Help please. And just so you know, jumping up and going to the doctor is the last resort. I don't have medical insurance.

In the US, you don't need to do that much to be a celebrity. And once you're there, you can do nothing for a few years and still emerge as a lauded star. In the UK, even someone like Elton John, if he's inactive for say a year, starts to be written off and treated as a joke. Of course, he soon regains his crown with some work; but in the US he could retire as an A1 star after a couple of LPs!

I have a property in the High Desert in CA. The heater didn't pass the ventillation test the gas company did. The HVAC people came over and said it's a cracked vent and they have to replace the furnace. They want $1200 for the whole job. The new furnace is a different size since the old one was made in 1950s and they don't make them any more. So it's basically a new furnace, all parts, fitting to new size (since it's bigger) and all the labor, all done in one day. Is that a deal that makes sense?
