I have been under a lot of stress for the past month and half, and it seems like my little finger on my left hand is always numb. You know like how your lip feels after you leave the dentist. At first I thought it was how I was sleep on my arm. But after 2 weeks of it, I didn't think I could be sleeping on it every night. Then I thought about a pinced nerve, but how long does a pinced nerve last? It is really starting to bother me. The reason I think it might be stress, it that, it seems like everytime I get worked up, that is when it is the worst. Help please. And just so you know, jumping up and going to the doctor is the last resort. I don't have medical insurance.

Check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org. If the stress results in a low blood sugar episode, it could show up by a numb little finger. Mine made my eyelids twitch, among other symptoms.

Eating a diet that levels blood sugar can help reduce the effects of stress, just because it is such a healthy all-around diet.
Hope this helps.

I'm now not definite if you happen to desire part results or examples of those problems. A panic assault is while you get very anxious or uptight for no obvious rationale. You would possibly suppose the must escape from a obstacle that you're in and now not realize the why? of this sense. Thiese might be brought on via chemical imbalances for your frame and they are able to even be hereditary. A health care professional could be the fine one to speak to and in case your nonetheless experiencing those feelingssecond oppinions are continuously an alternative and now not continuously a foul concept. well success!

It could be stress, or more specifically a slight deficiency in your vitamin b levels. Our bodies use up more of the b complex vitamins, especially B12, when we are under physcial or mental stress. When we are low on that, we can have a variety of nerve problems (numbness, twitching).
I suggest buying a good B-Complex vitamin supplement and take it daily. Vit. B is water soluble (you pee it out) so you can't 'o.d.' on it.
Good luck!
