TRUE! Because a cup maker/potter used the words your fired as a slogan for her fire making pottery if she trademarked it she could sell it anywhere in the US since she didnt and Trump (man is his daughter HOT!) did he has creative control on what the slogan can be on however the county were this potter lives can still sell it in that county but no where else.

threepeat is also trademarked after the lakers three in a row another common word now.

False. Even if he did, he wouldn't stand a chance in court because that's just a common expression used by lots of people. It's not like he invented the phrase or anything. He could trademark that hand gesture that he does when he utters, "You're fired."
