Yeah, I have trouble sleeping too.

A glass of warm milk a little while before bed followed by listening to an audiobook (or talk radio, if I have nothing else) in my darkened bedroom, and my eyes shut, usually works for me.

If I'm still awake for too long, I'll either take a hot shower or masturbate (or both) and that'll almost always do the trick.

Yea dont go for the drugs. Its a bad habbit to get into. Try maintaining a schedual like others said and having a busy day helps too. If you lounge around all day, you really have no chance of having a good relaxed nights sleep.

I have trouble sleeping, go to your grocerie store and look for this tea. Called something along the lines of Sleepy Time Tea, pretty much knocks you out. Also, you could try melatonin supplements, thats just me, but it helps. When reading before bed, try to read something boring, and no computer or physical activity right before going to bed if you are having trouble sleeping... Hope this helps!

make sure that you room is dark, be relaxed. Donot drink coffee or coke before going to bed as it could keep you awake. Lie still and start counting sheep. You would fall asleep within 10-15 minutes.

Or if you are from the subcontinent- keep chanting the name of your favourite god. You will fall asleep fast.

I chant 'RAMA' to sleep and I am fast asleep within 15 minutes.

Don't drink caffeine, smoke, or exercise 1 hour before bedtime. Limit noise and light in the room where you are sleeping. Try not to watch t.v. while in bed. Reading always helps me. Maybe try some music?
