Ford has offered the "Advance Payment Program" for many years.
Advance Payment Program (APP): A Red Carpet Lease program that permits the lessee to prepay all monthly lease payments up-front. Lessee receives a discount in the form of a reduction in their RCL monthly lease payment. At lease end, a final invoice is generated for any unpaid excess mileage, wear and use charges and other miscellaneous charges. Please see your dealer for details.

You will still have to meet some credit criteria, but prepaying is definately a viable option to some.
Some states, however, don't allow this.

I recall a few year ago some companies were offering that option. I have not seen that recently. I would say the finance manager at the car dealer might be able to calculate that option. While leases do not have traditional interest, there is a cost to taking the money. So if you did get a 3 year lease prepaid, then that lower cost should be reflected in a lower payment.
I would shop around and just ask, if I pay it all up front how much is vehicle X, with Y miles per year for Z years. See who gives you the best deal.

Depending upon the lessor you should not have a problem. My only suggestion is that you propose a percentage discount on the total monies. I am not sure why you want to do this as opposed to purchasing two one year CD"s and then pay-off the lessor each year at the renewal time of the CD"s.
