I had a group of old friends back in high school who we were always together all four years. I stopped being friends with two of them. One because she started dating a very special boy I was with while he was still with me. another because he started telling people my buissness. ( a gay friend) now nearly 2 years later last month they both show up at different times to talk. i dont hold grudges, time heals. and really it left me clueless. They have many friends why would they come to me to ask for forgiveness and want to be friends over.

I previously asked a question TO Heroin addicts to see what drives them to destroy other people's lives as well as their own, I received, as expected a couple of smart a** answers accusing me of being self centered. My best friend is married to an addict and it is destroying her, how is that being self-centered? Maybe a couple of you are trying to justify your problems. I'm sorry if it ticks people off but I am hoping "MY SELF-CENTEREDNESS" might save my best friend and 2 small children. The addict chose his own path only he can help himself, my concern is the people the addict is hurting. Just wanted to get my point to a couple people who got all hot to trot over a question aimed to help me understand how I can help my friend. All the other answers are appreciated.

What would you do if you liked this person. The person said that they liked you and wanted to start a relationship. Then he says that he likes you and want to spend time with you. After a while 2 weeks or so, he says that he is not going to dropwhat he is doing to call you. After that you try to call him and ther is little taking inbetween. About 4 month go by and no one has talked. You find out that he has found someone else with in 2 months. Now they are engaged to be married in march. The person that he is marrying was one of your best friends. How whould you handle the situation. She wants you to be a brides maid. do u be a brides maid or say no. End the friedship?? She never really taks to and and when he is around she ignores you completlye.. What do you do ???????

I've been in india two times in my life, and fall in love with this country; so I start getting interested in culture, and specifically hindouism (as in my country, france, we know already judaism, christianism and islam);
I read some upanishad, the bhagavat-gita, and other texts, and I really like what I read; I've met western sannyasins in aardkumba-mela in hardwar, but they told me unless I become sadhu I cannot convert to hindouism.

Pain management for my lower back. What is the best pain Management? Pain Management regiment that works? I can't even live my normal life anymore the pain is so bad. I heard Tramadol, Ultram, Fioricet work wonders for pain management. If anyone knows of a good website to help me out with pain Med's, I do not have insurance and the Dr. office visits hurt my wallet more than the pain. I would appreciate it. I need Pain management so I can continue with my life. I work a full time job that I have had for the past 12 years but now my pain is starting to affect my job. Is there Pain scales or questionnaires that are used to attach an objective measure to a subjective experience, such as my pain?
