Customer buys $300 marble mantle clock . We place in box and take to their car . The call to say the box fell apart , clock dropped and is ruined . Who's as fault > All was well from store to car , we have no control on how the box is then handled .
He wants to go to small claims . I don't think I am liable to give all ( or any ) of the money back when I had no control on how the box was handled .

my boyfriend's ex-girlfriend tried to break us up, but since that didn't work, she calls him continually and he recipicates. I've talked to her and she assures me that they're just good friends. He say's the same, but it digs at me...I feel they don't have to be anything to one another. Over the past few weeks, I have heard Paul Harvey say things like, "the browning of America", and "pay your taxes, the immigrants are depending on it". I know we all have freedom of speech, but that just made me loose all the respect I had for him as a news person. Anyone else bothered by this?

This is the first year with my new husband and stepson. I have a son who is 8 (stepson is 6) I have bought both boys lots of presents but I did get a little more for my son. My stepson will have 2 Christmas's one with his Mom and one with us which means double the presents. My son will only have one with us. Do you think that I need to get both boys the same amount or is it fair that my son will have a little more under our tree.

By the way, we will not be getting my husbands son until the weekend after Christmas so they will not be opening up presents together.

ive been married for almost two years. before i got married i didnt know that my husbands family was crazy(grandma curses at me and insults me, and his mother is no better) so when we were first married we lived in his hometown but because of the abuse moved out of state--he keeps going back to his hometown to stay without me, i dont believe his is cheating, he just cant bare living without his psychotic family!! he even arranged the both of us to move back without me knowing about it at one point!!

he cant seem to stay away from them and there is no way i will put up with there foolishness, is there anyway he will ever learn that im suppose to come first?
