Why has Paul Harvey become so racist?

Over the past few weeks, I have heard Paul Harvey say things like, "the browning of America", and "pay your taxes, the immigrants are depending on it". I know we all have freedom of speech, but that just made me loose all the respect I had for him as a news person. Anyone else bothered by this?

I've never noticed that, but I'll spend the next few days listening and see what I hear.

Anyway, there is no such thing as true objectivity in news anymore. And in any case, Paul Harvey is an entertainer, not a newsman. He's an old guy from a generation when things were very different. He's not long for this earth, give him a break.

I have noticed this, because I listen to talk radio alot. I don't listen to him anymore, after a year ago hearing him blasting Africans in emerging new countries because they don't have their stuff together there yet. Well, it's kind of hard to get your stuff together in a country where the infrastructure was made for those occupying your country and your living and education is substandard. It was quite a while after the US was established that we had OUR civil war and finally joined as one country. I would think that was a natural assumption to someone who is supposed to be intelligent, but remember, Paul Harvey is getting extremely old. He wouldn't be the first person who has overstayed themselves simply because they are a fixture in their field. I'm sure some of the things he's saying have alot to do with his age, and the security of his position. I mean, unless he really goes overboard, what's anyone going to say to him. He's Paul Harvey!

Not at all...This is an opinion. Are we not able to voice anything any more, without the famous 'racist' comments? I live with a bunch of illegals, and they HATE Americans, except for what they can get. They have live by me for ten years, and still cannot speak English..my Italian ancestors, came here and were PROUD to be American, did things right, and became citizens...look at all the Mexican people that pay thousands of dollars to be an American Citizen...the government is allowing them to be cheated out of their money if this is the case, to let bandits in and criminals...just go to the FBI's most wanted list and see who graces the pages..No, Paul Harvey is not a racist, just maybe getting sick of seeing our taxpayers dollars going to fund people who are here by breaking the law.

I applaud Mr. Harvey for showing what most of real African American males thinks about Asians Definition of racism changed over time. Used to be Whites against Blacks. Now we see Black males against Asian males. Blacks males now a days thinks only white and black people deserves to live in USA. They forgot Mr. Martin Luther King or never listed to Mr. Obama's farewell speech. Black guys only things all white girls are for them because they think they are superior. Sorry I am a little Asian, all my girlfriends and my wife is an educated white without drug problem, Telling Asian people go back home will not make you a king. Only thing it shows venerability of most Black males. We don't need to look further for Mr. Black Hitler. Regards.
