What should one see before buying a LCD TV

Lets say that you are a manager in charge of hiring people. I know the odds of this are slim but lets say that you have two resumes on your desk and by all appearances these two candidates are equal in all aspects. Each have equal experience , both candidates have the same degree. The only differentiating factor that you can see is the school that obtained thier degree from. One person received their degree from a big name school like U of M, Vanderbilt, M.I.T, etc... and the other from some local community college.

Question: Which candidate would you be more inclined to hire?

My ex whom I still have strong feelings for keeps telling me that love has nothing to do with why she refuses to give me another chance. When I ask her what she feels about me, or if she still loves me she tells me that it is none of my business. She also tells me that I need to stop loving her. What should I take from what she says? Another point is that she didn't want to talk to me at all when we first broke up, so I didn't, then she got upset when I ignored her, and now she doesn't want to talk to me again. What does it all mean?

I just found out I have Endometriosis and I'm kinda scared, Can anyone tell me more about this disease, what treatments? My doctor says surgery is the best option. I'm now 8 weeks after my initial instruction to my solicitor to assist me with the purchase of a new property. I have heard of complications, and the sellers solicitor has been slow, but I don't see any great reason for the delay to be this substantial. He isn't pressing for the sale as I would like, and I'm worried that there's not much I can do about this. Could I sack him and get a new one. Would there be heavy charges, complications with the morgage company. I'm very stressed and would greatly appreciate any advice anyone can give me!
