I have an extra telephone jack in my den. I need to know if there is a way to disable the jack to keep unauthorized persons from using that jack. Talking out the phone is not an option. I really just need to see that a phone cannot be plugged into that outlet. I have gotten some great help from this feature on Yahoo. Thanks to all.

I mean, with all the violence, family upbringing history, parents divorced, drugs, aids, all the deseases, and how tough to even float above all that, it seems that our generation is growing sicker.
For example, with all the pressures of trying to make a wise decision in career choices, my own insecurities and the fear of the unknown after we graduate from college, my doctor want to treat my anxiety with anti-depressants! I'm not depressed...I'm worried about my future. People think of us as the worse generation ever! What do you think?

Can every one be explained as mental illness of the observer? Hallucinations? Coincidence? Opticle illusion? Natural events?

Has every person, thousands if not milllions, some very credible, who has seen a ghost, UFO, Bigfoot, experienced prayers or spells answered, telepathy, clairvoyance, just been hallucinating? Some of these things have been explained but in each case there are some that haven't.

Can everything be explained logically?

A housewife wakes up late one night to what sounds like shattering glass in her living room below. Taking the utmost precaution, she puts on her nightgown, and tip-toes downstairs. She sees her husband sitting on his recliner with all the fine drinking glasses and two half full bottles of liquor next to him. Across the room there is a mountain of shattered glass. The husband pours a fresh glass, quickly drinks it, and throws it across the room with a loud CRACK! adding to the glass pile. "Whats the matter, honey?" the wife asks.
"I don't wanna talk about it," the husband replies.
The wife says, "Dear, you can talk to me about anything you know that."
"Well, you know when your dad caught us having sex the night you lost your virginity?"
"Yes?" she says.
"And he told me I could either marry you or spend 20 years in jail."
"Yeah. So?"
"I would've gotten out today."

To put it another way, if I were to clone myself today, and have my clone just do all my normal activitites, while I go away and train in kung fu (or whatever), at what point would I be able to come back and easily beat my clone in a fight?

I recently had a laptop hard drive failer. It has to be replaced. DELL told me that I could replace the hard with any notebook/laptop hard drive. I order one and when it came in, it would not connect.

The New drive has male pins to connect. The Old drive looks like a slot connect like the card that you slide into your mother board on a PC. Any suggestions on adaptors or how to order the correct hard drive type.
