I always wanted to go to New Orleans, and when Katrina hit, I felt so bad for the culture, and the city itself. This is odd because I have no family there, no friends there. It's a random city but I've always wanted to go there. I love the culture it gives off.. the southern lifestyle.. the nickname "the big easy" maybe it's because I'm from New York and everything's so fast paced here. ANyway what's it like ..im asking all those lucky souls. Im not asking hows life like after Katrina, but how's the nature of the city.. you live there.. are you happy?

that the U.S. Military has been approved to practice satanism? I can't believe it, what happened to "One nation under God?" I know they took it out of school which is bad enough but the U.S. military don't even believe in God?

My mother met this iranian guy at a restaurant. She was 52 and he was 24. She used to say that he was dynamite. He moved into our home and my father said or did nothing about it. After "Mr iran" moved in my mom stopped sleeping with my father and slept with her boyfriend in our den. I arrived home after work one afternoon to discover them having sex upstairs whle my father was at work. I couldnt stand what was happening. I had to get out of there. I moved out of state to finish my college education and never looked back . That was 18 years ago and I haven't spoken to either of my parents since. My father died 2 years ago and i did not even attend his funeral. I learned from a cousin who I never even knew exhisted that my parents marriage was a shotgun marriage. Once i learned that fact, everything about the abuse that they put me through all of my life made sense and it was a revelation. My mother is nothing more than a slut and a whore. May they all burn in hell

I mean I dont really know what to do at work. Some of my co/workers are asking me if I am going to sign up to be their leadman in our dept. I keep on telling them that I dont want no part of it as I have had that postion at my former job. But now part of me says go and sign up for the leadman postion and the other half of me says no. One part of me wants to look for antoher job and the other part of me says stay right where Im at. So which way do I go? The hourly wage is pretty good but if I do decide to sign up for the leadman postion it will be more $$$ per hour too. What would you do if you were in my postion?? Go for the leadman postion or just stay right were you are at right now?
