I've heard Windows 5.0 is glitchy. But it also has more features. Palm OS isn't glitchy, and is generally on cheaper phones. Which do you prefer?

I would go with the Palm OS.
Windows is glitchy even on a desk/laptop, I can't imagine them adapting a glitchy progam to have no problems on a mobile device. For all of the arguements for Windows, I don't see any reason to use it on a machine that was originally made for Palm OS.
Palm is also better suited and has many additional programs for mobile devices.

Palm, I assume you are deciding over Treo 700w or 700p.
Palm OS was started out as a PDA so it feels more suited for an on-the-go usage while Windows Mobile were really branded version of Windows CE and was an adaptation of desktop usage to a pocket format.
