My new immediate boss is a pain in the *** !!! He has his stupid philisophy and expects everyone to think like him. Worse problem, is that my GM, who is his Boss, has a different philisophy. So who do i listen to ? What can I do ? I am at lost>>> either way, I get shot.. should I tell the GM that becos of this guy' s way of doing things, it has caused us alot of problems....and even losses in revenue...How do u think he will react when he knows that I have gone to the GM to complain? I have to do something otherwise the GM will think that all the screw ups that happen is my fault... the truth it is. its was my new boss idea. He will just keep quiet and let me take the rap.... pls someone, give me some good advise... its driving me nuts...

This site seems to be home to many a sexist. Men who hate women, and women who hate men. I believe in equality and all that, but I don't wanna make an argument out of it. Added to that, I think so much focus has been put on we women that men have been left to feel a bit under-appreciated.

So let me start the ball rolling toward a celebration of each other by saying this: men of the world, you're great. I appreciate you, and the world would be a sad place without you.

Hi i'm 15 ( like that matters at all) and I miss my grandmother so much it hurts. It's already been 2 years after her death, but the pain is still fresh. No one seems to understand why i miss her so much , since she's "JUST" my grandmother. But whatever, they don't understand .. they can shove a pickle up their **** -_-'' Anyways! Have you had someone who is very close to you die? **** What do you miss most about them? .. i miss my grandmothers smile and laughter and overall presence :)

Particular Example:

1) Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

- Obsessive Compulsive handwashing
- Abnormal anxiety issues
- Avoids human contact
- Things must be just "right"
- Emotional detachment

2) Psychosis

- Auditory hallucinations
- Delusional beliefs
- Thought disorder

3) Anti-social Personality Disorder

- Lack of remorse or shame
- Fantastic and uninviting behaviour
- Pathological lying

* May exhibit a factitious disorder.

In this scenario, the patient exhibits an anxiety disorder; however, any of the other cannot be categorized in this group.

How can one categorize such a case?
