shipwreck, what would be the first thing you would throw overboard?

The first thing that I would throw out if my inner world was about to shipwreck is the little voice in my head that always doubts me and has something bad to say about me... The last thing I need before I have a major meltdown is self doubt, and that voice is a freaking bastard! I would enjoy seeing him drowning in the cold water... ha ha... Then maybe I'll have a less dangerous or damaging shipwreck (meltdown)... And it'll be easier to get better quicker!

I wouldnt throw anything overboard.. for this reason.. everything in my innerworld is mine and I worked hard to get it into my innerworld.. and I know your saying shipwrecked metaphorically unless you actually put you innerworld on a boat.. I try to keep mine in a box under my bed I'll take it out and dust it off once in a while and just gaze into it..sometimes.. it needs two boxes.. not big ones just a couple of old shoe boxes I might have laying around.. if I dont have any shoeboxes at the time.. I will use a few old egg cartons.. I mean shoot they protect eggs .. why not my innerworld.. But if I absolutely had to throw something overboard.. I guess it would be a lifejacket, cause Im having to throw stuff overboard it probably means.. the metaphorical boat is sinking... which in return means I'll have to eventually go overboard.. so it would be nice to know that there is something out there to keep me from DROWNING!

I wouldn't know Pavic. Never go to my inner world, I'm completely superficial. The House of My Spirit might have burnt down years ago, My Ship of Life has probably already sunk. I don't take calls from the Voice Inside.

throw overboard to save it from going down with the ship???
or throw overboard to lighten the ship for impending crash on the rocks??
ok, if i felt a nervous breakdown coming on inevitable style, i'd consider telling my son and daughter my passwords and pin numbers ... everything else is physical property,
they would have to promise not to use them unless i don't recover
