limewire was my 1st p2p and so far the best p2p program for me
bearshare is a lot simpler than bittorent,frostwire or any of those other p2p programs
but i now have problems with both
limewire=i cant download anymore then again i have never shared anything and a few guys told me thats the problem
bearshare=i am not sure if its done downloading or not and if its finish how do i check and after its all done how do i download

well i'm pretty sure ill get answers for both but can you guys tell me wich one is safer and better???

P.S i dont know much bout pc so explain in great detail please

3 days ago whilst driving i saw 4 dehydrated Irish setter breed dogs. There was a mother a pup and two male dogs i called the RSPCA out and they came to take the dogs back to an animal shelter. The dogs are in great condition but were dehydrated,
What steps does the RSPCA take to find homes for these dogs?
If the owner didn't come forward would they put them down?
Did i do the right thing calling the RSPCA or should have i kept them on my own property and tracked down their owners?

In the beginning of this school year, I signed a lease on my apartment for 12 months, paid security and last month's rent. Two days ago, I received a notice in the mail about a rent increase by 70 dollars. Being a college student on a budget, I cannot afford an increase. What should I do? (I am in Florida) PS. The lease does not say anything about random rent increases as being normal.
