If you liked the design of a house on a television show or movie, and you fell in love with it, would there be any copyright laws preventing you from personally hiring an architect to design it from photos of how it appears in the show or film and eventually building it?

Also, If the designer of the house is unknown, would you have to contact the film makers or studio for approval?

My doctor prescribed me Yaz birth control. I am afraid of side effects, due to the last time I was on a birth control called Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo. It made me really depressed and moody constantly and made me gain weight. Please let me know if you have taken it or know of any side effects besides the obvious. Yes, I know everyone's bodies are different and react differently, but I am just curious how common some of the side effects are. Thanks!

I just dont get it...why do I have to pick a side in the scientific debate and the God debate. Why cant the two co-exist. Fact is, I may be the minority but both the religious right and the scientific left are really both wrong. I believe in evolution and I believe in God. I believe both compliment eachother and both co-exist. The bible was meant to be a teaching tool and nothing more. So dont try to use that cop out like I believe the bible should be taken completely literally...that is wrong. Its not a history, geology, or an astronomy book. Its a book to teach you how to live, nothing more nothing less...so take your bias and throw it away.

To believe we evolved from nothing is ludicrous, just like to believe in any infinite values existing in this reality, because fact is they dont exist. Dont try to limit your view of God by interpretting that it somehow relates to this universe because that is also a mute point. Can u atleast somewhat agree with me on this?

Find absolute extrema of the function g(x) = 2x + 5cosx on the interval [0,2pi]

I was trying to find the critical numbers, and I ended up with sinx = 2/5 and I'm not quite sure what (rational) value of x satisfies that.

I'm trying to find the critical numbers, so I could find the y value at them for g, and compare them to the y values at the endpoints, to find the absolute extrema.

Anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or what I should be doing next?

(Note: just an answer to the question will be useless to me, I need to understand how to do the question, otherwise I have the answer in the back of my textbook).

Well, I posted this in the movie section BUT I'm gonna post it here to (dont be mad!!! lol) because although it was in a movie I am asking about a song.

Ok, so does anyone know the name of the conga/latin song that plays after Mumble meets Ramon & The Amigos??

NO its NOT on the soundtrack and no its NOT My Way by Robin Williams or the spanish part of Boogie Wonderland by Raul the Penguin (haha).

Its the song thats on breifly as they all shout "Mambo!" and they're walking up a ledge/hill. The song stops as soon as much jumps and the ledge breaks and they all do the sliding down the mountain thing lol

Please, I really like the song and I'd appreaciate if anyone knew.

Someone took out 3 thousand dollars from my CitiBank savings account. I have called Citibank 3 different times. They finally said they would send me paper work to fill out to claim it was a fraud. I'm so confused right now. I want to start eating healthy next year. But the problem is that I don't really eat that much meat. I can tell you the truth right now. And I know that I'm brave enough to say this. So... I got this big by eating nothing but Junk Food and Sodas and being lazy but I've changed now. I'm no longer lazy I clean up the house and take care of my mother. I barely watch TV anymore. I now read. And I've limited my computer time to only 1 hour a day.

But That only leaves me with diet and exercise. I'm thinking about fasting but that's not a good idea. I only want to eat Watermelon cubes and Celery and only drink water but that's not good.

So people please Help Me. I don't mind eating Chicken Breast. But to replace that is it OK to eat the Louis Rich Chicken Strips? Please Help Me People. Right Now I have a Walk away The Pound Tape and it's 4 miles. I'm only doing that until I lose about 70lbs because me being very obessed and all, it's limited my activites.

I think it sounds like a great idea, but wouldn't life be boring if we just had the basic necessities no matter how hard we worked? I understand that excessisve consumerism is a negative thing but we all like having nice things once in a while.

I work in a school and after feeling fine in the morning, after a short time in my classroom, I start to feel really crappy. I don't know if it's allergies or stress or both. Is there any way to tell before I see my doctor? And can they figure out if I'm allergic to the building without needing to go in there and check?

OK, I already know the answer...low ratings. But it was one of the few new series worth following. Great acting, suspenseful, well-produced...and now it's gone mid-season? Does the Mickey Network really have their heads THAT far up their a$$es?

My 15 month old has had her dad tuck her in every night of her little life. On the few occasions that he hasn't been there to do so. She will scream and throw a fit for hours on end until he is able to tuck her in. This hasn't really been to big of an issue for us. Seeing as how he worked day shift and could be here every night. Well he just got a new job. That will pay the bills a little easier. And of course he had to take it..even though it puts him on night shift. Working from 6p.m. until after 2 a.m. Well I put her to bed at her normal time (9p.m.) and she is still throwing a fit. I don't know what to do. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working. I really need some help.
