A drunken baptism- A joke?
A drunk stumbles along a baptismal service on Sunday afternoon down by the river. He proceeds to walk down into the water and stand next to the Preacher.
The minister turns and notices the old drunk and says, "Mister, Are you ready to find Jesus?" The drunk looks back and says, "Yes, Preacher. I sure am."

The minister then dunks the fellow under the water and pulls him right back up. "Have you found Jesus?" the preacher asked.

"No, I didn't!" said the drunk.

The preacher then dunks him under for quite a bit longer, brings him up and says, "Now, brother, have you found Jesus?"

"No, I did not Reverend."

The preacher in disgust holds the man under for at least 30 seconds this time brings him out of the water and says in a harsh tone, "My God, have you found Jesus yet?"

The old drunk wipes his eyes and says to the preacher..."Are you sure this is where he fell in?"

The 4 year old is not in need of a lot of attention or affection. She is an outdoor/indoor pet. The newest member is very affectionate and loves attention. It's been 1 week and they can't stand each other. I'm hoping this relationship gets better as time goes on. Any suggestions on what to do? Do you think they will eventually come to terms with each other? And if they don't, then what? We live in a very small house. Thanks.

i have long hair i guess, its like 4 inches below my shoulders. i want my hair to smell good, like shampoo. i tried lots of shampoos and tried keeping it in for like 5 minutes but the smell always wares off by the time it dries, even if i dont straighten or blowdry it or anything.

any suggestions?

so i understand that chronicles of narnia is full of symbolisms and connections to the bible, so what then does the battle represent?
I was interested because i thought it wasn't christian to fight, since they're the main people who misunderstand the battle the muslims had to fight in order to defend themselves and save thier prophet like the children do for Aslan and Narnia. Does anyone know if this was just a fantasy addition to the story by the author? I love the books and movie!

2nd. what is better for the general manager mode smackdown or raw.. i use raw because theres a womans title belt theres not one on raw.

My husband and I are trying to work on our marriage but his mistress is still living with him. Why won't she leave? He won't kick her out because she doesn't have a job and he's a good man.

He spends all of his free time with me so it's like she doesn't exist in his life. He even spends the night with me sometimes and leaves her all alone. She was even alone for the holidays.

How can my husband and I work it out if she's still there? Why won't she leave? How can she be satisfied living in an apartment with a married man who is hardly ever there?

we raised her until she moved out and went to college. since then she has treated us like dirt. she only comes around when she needs money, a co-signer on a loan, a newer car... we have ALWAYS been there for ALL of her needs.

here's the problem. my husband adopted her when she was 9 months old. her bio-mother is VERY upset that her ex-husband (my husband) and i are expecting our first child in April. the ex-wife (bio-mom of 20 year old disrespectful child) sought out the 20 year old childs bio-father (sperm donor per say). NOW, the girl we've raised is treating us like we don't exist. i'm hurt because i see my husband's pain... and i feel my own pain of course... and i REALLY wanted her to be a part of her soon-to-be-born brother's life. the 20 year old child is VERY selfish. talking to her wouldn't change a thing. i KNOW she will continue to come around when she needs money and things... all of the things her bio-mom and bio"dad?" have never given. TIRED OF BEING USED!
