So I've downloaded the Zune software several times using both firefox and IE. after launching the cute little install, I get some pointless pictures and a message that says:
"No Zune Update Software Found"

and a "Cancel" button in the bottom right hand corner.

No "Next" or "Install" button is to be found anywhere.

My OS:
Windows XP SP2 (Win 32)

my hd in my toshiba laptop is doing somthing weird. recently, the laptop starts to freeze and go very very slow. then the hard drive will make this noise over and over. the same noise over and over. its the noise where the hd reads. then after like 5min or so. its fine for 30sec. then it does the same thing over and over. im thinking the hd is ready to crash.

I am writing an argumentative paper for my english comp class and this is the topic thatwas assigned? I believve that they should. These people know the difference between right and wrong, are able to make knowledgeable decisions, and if they so choose to make theses decisions should be able to face the appropriate consequences. However, to write an effective paper, I would like to get others opinions on this. Do you agree or disagree with me? Please explain either way. Thank you for your help!

I'm starting up an arts organization, but am only a sole-proprietorshop and don't want to go full non-profit unless I know I can handle the load. However, I still want to offer free community services and get in-kind donations and apply for art grants.

I'm aware of umbrella organizations, but am hoping there's a way I can still do in-kind donations through the business - is this possible?
