Problem with 'Zune' Software?

Question

So I've downloaded the Zune software several times using both firefox and IE. after launching the cute little install, I get some pointless pictures and a message that says:
"No Zune Update Software Found"

and a "Cancel" button in the bottom right hand corner.

No "Next" or "Install" button is to be found anywhere.

My OS:
Windows XP SP2 (Win 32)

I get that same problem too...

I took same measures with no success.
