I have a 97 Trans Am, 5.7 liter stick shift with T tops. Black paint, grey leather interior, all in mint condition. The problem is my ex blew a rod in the engine, and currently the engine/transmission is all over the place. The body is perfect, the interior is perfect and I adore this car.

The question is: should I keep it and get a new engine/tranny, or should I just let it go?

tonight it came to a head; we were divorced feb this year, he led me on to get back together again, then the very next weekend after we were "together", he has another woman hidden in his apt., then he married her a month and a half later because he lost his 2nd job in 6 months and needed to get back with me or....someone else. he even gave me a deadline to get back together! I was suspicious then and said, why? do you have someone else in line? and sure enough...oh yeah, he is not a citizen, he's from Sweden and wants to be one now. He forced our daughter to go out with him and this woman, never slowly introducing her, and then forced her to stay at her home--where he lives now of course--making her nervous and scared of them. My attny said i need more to go on. Well i have documented a lot of stuff thru legal avenues like her school, etc. and tonight i refused to force her to go with him and he called the cops on me (i called them first). i will do what it takes to protect her.

This girl i really like, and who i think really likes me, now hits me,and quite hard too...i know it sounds odd, but do girls do this cause they like you or not hahaha. We saved his life when he was 1 week old. Now he is 4 months and will not jump at all. Never meows. The most loveable guy ever. He will climb atop a shoe box and that is it. Is this a sign of some kind of brain damage or is it normal?

The surface of Big Lake is 31 ft above the surface of Long Lake. Long Lake is half as deep as Big Lake and the bottom of Long Lake is 8 ft below the bottom of Big Lake. Clear Lake's surface is 10 ft below the surface of Big Lake and its bottom is 6 ft above the bottom of Long Lake. How deep is each lake?

I think Long Lake is 23 ft deep, Big Lake is 46 ft, and Clear Lake is 46 ft. Is this right?

..and is this statement correct about the lakes...?
Clear Lake is 2 ft below Big Lake.
