can it be possible that you can create your own symptoms of a disease? i feel like thats my case, i ve been reading alot bout cancer and it s symptoms...and now all the symptoms that it lists, i feel like i get em! can it just be mental?

Oh yes! The mind is a very creative thing. There are so many symptoms that are the same for many diseases also. Try to think about something else, soon you will forget all about this. This works guaranteed.

yes it can..once i was so stressed and scared because i thought i was pregnant...that was all i thought about all day for a little past a month....my tummy got a bulge, i felt sick and my tummy was hurting and i was always craving chocolate....it turns out im not pregnant..i was just so stressed about it and its all i thought about so i started feeling the symptoms...and even my tummy was growing!!
but go and check just to be safe before its too late ..god bless

It's called Hypochondria. You can stress yourself out so much you can actually feel these problems. It is a problem that needs addressing.
