I am a college student, and I have a bad history of being annoying in HS and younger; however I thought I have improved greatly. Recently, a friend was very blunt with me, telling me that more than half of the campus can't stand me, that I'm so annoying, that I ask too many questions, I can be rude to others, and that I try too hard to fit in. However, I see myself as a nice person, and I try very hard to be sensitive to others' needs. I'll admit I do ask many questions - but I didn't realize I was that bad. What she said really hurts, and I have tried so hard over the years to improve myself, but I seem to have failed, and I feel like I'm at a dead end. I have lost many of my friends lately and I just feel so lost. Any suggestions on how to lessen being annoying, and make good friends? Any good conversation topics? I have been from hell to back, and I just want to be happy and have a good / best friend, but I haven't been able to achieve that yet.

Thanks. I really appreciate it. :)

Gates was director of VoteHere, a strange little company that was the biggest elections industry lobbyist for the Help America Vote Act (HAVA).

VoteHere spent more money than ES&S, Diebold, and Sequoia combined to help HAVA through. And HAVA, of course, was a bill sponsored by by convicted Abramoff pal Bob Ney and K-street lobbyist buddy Steny Hoyer. HAVA is what put electronic voting on steroids.

HAVA attempts to solve the problem of punch-card voting machine errors, by replacing them with expensive electronic voting machines that have no record of individual votes.(they could print records like an ATM, but suspiciously the HAVA statutes do not require it)

Why was the former(and now actual) Defence secretary in the peculiar position of chairman of a voting machine company? Do you find this a little strange, or is it just coincidence?

In Rousseau, the minority is always incorrect and must be enlightened by the majority, what examples are there where the majority has been misdirected, misinformed, etc, that disprove his theory. I have considered Tocqueville's argument that if a man possessing absolute power can misuse that power, than why can't a majority, however specific examples, or building upon what Tocqueville said would help. I'm wringing for a History of Policical Thought class where I have a C becasue I used the United States and the Bible as sources to disprove Aristotle, so as much help as you could give me would be an incredible help.

Here's something about the Smackdown Series: 2001 this is just step one, 2002 we got the right shoe, 2003 it was a good game to me, 2004 we are in want for more, 2005 we were live, 2006 it was time for new kicks, 2007 we are almost complete, 2008 we should be straight, 2009 we are fine, 2010, look at how time passed since then, 2011 we are in gaming heaven.

Good Luck guys and keep on creating. And my poem also applies to hundreds of other game series companies as well like Socom, Grand Theft Auto, Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, True Crime, Urban Reign, Def Jam Vendetta, The Punisher, Midnight Club, Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana, Perfect Dark, Dynasty Warriors, Shinobi, Ninja Gaiden, Freedom Fighters, Tekken, Soul Calibur, Sega Classics, and Syphon Filter. My wishes are for these games to be created each year and stay improving for future good times.

I know most people want, want, want but here I am standing up and giving you guys a round of applause; because I really appreciate what you guys are doing at Yukes and other companies. Thank you so very much, and keep doing what you're doing and thats improving your games.

It Goin Down Baby, we're going to be in this thing forever... till the end of time.

Oh yeah and fans make some shout outs if you have any, toward good game series or games that you want to become a series!

Here's the case: I've lived in this house for quite a long time now, and already built at least $400K equity. I still owe around $150K. Here's my concern: I refi my house last year and cash out $20K. My lender told me I need a co-signer in order to approved the loan.
I let my brother and his wife to co-sign, so they checked their credit and the loan approved. My biggest concerned was I only became a co-owner of my own house and they were became the primary borrower. Legally, they can do whatever in this house and it's not I don't trust them but let say something bad happened, like if my brother died or they filed divorce. Legally, my sister-in-law can get something out of this house, if I'm not mistaken. My only hope to get rid of their names is to refinance my house to my own name, but since I have a bad credit, can some lender approve it?
Please I need a good advice on how to refinance my house and by transferring the title in my own name.

Consider this, the age difference between you and the student is almost non-existent, and the student seems to have enough respect not to interfere with the current teacher-student relationship.
