I'm attend college in a town that has a population of roughly 151,000, give or take a few. I'd really like to pick up some extra money to help pay for college, but I can't work until about 5:00 in the evening because of classes. Any suggestions for something that would pay particularly well for my schedule?

Working at a real estate office - typically open till 9pm and can work on homework when not busy. Also good work experience as you are exposed to: marketing, proposals, customer relations, accounting, etc. Good luck!

waitressing, i did that one when i was in college.
usually the night shift start at 5/6, you got pay minimum wage but the tips were great.
so i ended up get around $20-$25 perhours including tips, and on holiday season/special occasion like valentine, the tips were bigger.
good luck!

Take to writing, painting, drawing cartoons, or, singing, as part time job: develop your talents and skills as an artiste or writer. You'll earn well and do continue the studies, too. Good luck!

go to your local union.....like i live in las vegas and work for local union 631 when the conventions come in i usually roll out carpet and tape it the floor...or when roll up carpet and through away tape and pick up poles....its easy and here it pays almost 14$ an hour.....they will call you for a dispatch and you tell them what time you need and they can help you......if you have a union you should try it....
