I have been off of drugs and alcohol for 8 months. I have felt great up until now. I get the correct amount of sleep, but I have no energy and have this overwhelming feeling of tired. I am not depressed either.

I work 40 hrs/wk but not the same everyday. Some days I go in to work early morn or early afternoon. I have braces and mouthpiece so limited to what I can eat and amount of time to eat it. i have spent 1 wk doing 20 mins aday,1 wk doing 30 mins a day and 1 wk doing 50+ mins per day on my excersise bike(and yes i am working hard at it not just sittng there!),and i have been carefully watching what i eat,keeping as close to 1200 cals a day as poss.so why after 3 weeks have i not lost more than about a pound?i have a 3 year old child so i have a pretty active life.and its not cos iv no weight to lose as im 2 stone overweight....
can any one enlighten me?no pun intended!

here are my stats. i am currently 173. 5'11'' but i am trying to lose some fat, especially around my stomach, seems like the last fat that goes. i know u cant spot reduce so dont even tell me. I was wondering if its ok to do cardio once in the morning for 30 mins (interval on the elliptical) and then the same workout again in the afternoon or evening. i already do weights every third day, but i want to up my fat burning so is two times a day of cardio ok?

I have broadband internet at home, so everytime I plug the wire in to my computer, it automatically connects.
But yesterday, while I was browsing on the internet, the connection failed, stating I have limited or no connectivity.
I checked different wires - it wasn't the problem. It can't be my service provider because there are other people in my house who share the internet and there's worked fine. So the problem is with my computer.
When trying to repair the connection, it gave the error that my network didn't assign a network address to the computer. Can anyone tell me how this could have occured, and how I can solve this?

I have been taking two 500 mg. a day for 8 years now and I was wondering if it is dangerous for what's left of my health! My specialist doesn't want me to stop taking it because it'll make my illness worse which is sjogren's syndrome. Any advice would be appreciated???
