This actually ideal if you can make the commitment to do so!

Do your first session in the morning on an empty stomach. Get on the treadmill or elliptical and keep your heart rate between 130-140 bpm for 30-45 minutes.

Wait 60-90 minutes after done with morning cardio session before you eat to ensure your metabolism is taking full effect of the cardio you just did and continuing to burn fat.

Hit another 30-45 minutes session at night at the same resistance.
