My wife is taking her ex husband to court for modification of child support. He called her today and said that if she takes him to court then he will take her to court for custody. My daughter (well actually my step daughter I should say) is 14 and I know in Georgia at the age of 14 the child has the right to decide who they wish to live with unless the parent is unfit. My wife is very upset because he told her he was going to sent some court documentation about an arrest she had in 2001, to her parents and everyone she knows if she didnt drop the case. In 2001 she had alot of medical problems and she worked at a doctors office and stole a prescription pad and wrote a prescription and filled if for Xanax, she served one year of probation. I have two questions, 1. Is what he telling her against any laws, I see it as a threat? 2. Would she have anything to worry about as far as custody? She only takes prescription drugs now and does not abuse them in anyway.

I'm 13, my breasts are a bit more developed than those of most girls my age. My mom is very caring and makes me wear bras like in this site http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,104,1478,39236__products-detail.htm They have 4 hooks in the back, are good bras but most girls my age wouldn't like them. They make me sweat but it was mom decision, her law. I did everything I could but she didnt back off. Though this makes me mad,she's a wonderful mom, I avoided fighting to much and ended up promising I'd always wear them as I was told. I lost the battle, not even mom's friends couild convince her. And my dad told me to listen to her cause she loves me. I know, but hate those bras. Since I lost the battle, mom won't really back off, I'd like some tips on how I can get used to those bras, especially when it's hot. They make me sweat. and have 4 hooks in the back, kinda hard to put on. But it's my mom bra law.

I am also married, I know this its not right, so pls NO judgeamental remarks. Not completly surprizing, I just found out and she finally confirmed it, I was not her first affair as she had said. I am more hurt by the deception than by the deed. With impending devolution, and all parties allegedly agreeing to work together so Northern Ireland can rule on its own local issues like Wales and Scotland, why is it that the proud, unquestioning, obedient fighting force of the Irish Guards - (recruited from BOTH Northern and Southern Ireland - who fought TOGETHER as one in many historical battles, including recent conflicts,) why can't they be retained in Northern Ireland in many of the military establishments due for closure in the Province?

We are seeing a gradual dismantlement of the Irish Guards - already down to 1 Btn - and the thought of the total disbandment of such a Battallion, (when there is still SO much good they can do in Northern Ireland - Homeland Security, Ceremonial duties plus provide an excellent role model for community integration ) would be an absolute disgrace to the lives given without question by former Irish Guards throughout thier long, impressive history.

I have noticed quite a few question on here about race and people get so upset... people tend to think that the people are asking the questions to be mean but some of us are not --either we don't know or we are just stupid on the subject I guess. I understand it is because the body stops producing some kind of enzyme or protein, but WHY WE CAN NOT TAKE IT ARTIFICIALLY???? like vitamins or something???
