Medised equivalent in Spain?

Hi All...

I need to get my hands on some medised for children. Can you buy this in Spain, and if not does anyone have an equivalent that I can get out there.

Not sure what Medised is but if you take the box, bottle whatever it comes in and take it into a pharmacy they will look it up and if they do not have that particular brand they will suggest an equivalent most medicines have a pharmaceutical name and a brand name which differ from country to country.
You can buy most medicines here without prescription.
I live out here in Spain.
